Vegan Recipe Black - Red Beans Brownie And Drink



For the Drink

Ingredients:



-  1cup Black-Red beans, 1
-  98 gr brown sugar, 
-  1/2 tsp salt
-  1 ripped plantain (the skin looks mostly black)
-  4 cups of soy milk 


Soak beans overnight 
Rinse 
Add beans in the pressure cooker 
Add 6 cups of water 
Cook in pressure for about 15 minutes or until beans softens 
Add the milk and blend  
Strain and enjoy 


For the Brownies

Ingredients:


-  3 cups of the bean drink 
-  1 cup of flour or oatmeal 
-  Pinch of salt 
-  2tbsp of coconut oil 
-  2tbsp of butter 
-  1/2 cup of brown sugar 

Mix and pour in the mold 
Decorate with chocolate optional 
Bake 375F for about 15 minuts 
Enjoy 

FLOUR CAN BE REPLACED BY OATMEAL BUT BE AWARE, IT WILL CHANGE THE TEXTURE AND GROWING OF THE BROWNIE
