SAUTÉED PEPPERS AND MUSHROOM SPAGHETTI




Ingredients:
500 g Spaghetti 
1 green Pepper
1 red Pepper
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 cup of Mushrooms
1 tbp of Soy Sauce 
1 tbp Stir Fry Sauce
1 tbp Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbp Sesame Seeds
Oil
Salt to taste


Instructions:

Cook spaghetti and set aside.

Chop all veggies in long strips.
Crush the garlic. 

Put the oil on the pan and when it is hot add the onions and fry them until it is golden brown.
Add Salt, peppers and soy sauce at the end. Don't let them cook too much, just sauté.

In another pan add another tablespoon of oil and fry garlic, mushroom and salt.

Now you can mix the fried veggies into one pan.
Add Stir Fry, teriyaki and sesame seeds.

Now mix everything with the spaghetti previously cooked.
