KNIT BABY ONESIE

                            

Materials: 

-  Baby yarn

-  Fleece fabric

-  Straight and circular needles

-  Scissor

-  Buttons 

-  Thread

Instructions:

For a size 3-6 months old baby cast on 76 stitches / Para un bebé de 3 a 6 meses montar

Distribution of the stitches: 24 for the back, 8 each sleeves and increases in every round, 36 for the front.

For the first 20 rounds of the front.

After round 20 we stop the Brioche stitch and continue simply knitting.

Proceed to make the first button hole and place button.

Make about 4 rounds more after the button and cast the stitches out on a needle and piece of yarn to separate the sleeves.

Prepare to make the neck.

Continue knitting the bodice.

Knit the two extremes together.

So that buttons and buttonholes get perfectly aligned.

After this all the rows are just knitting.

At this Point place a marker in the center of all the stitches to separate the legs.

After 20 rows more close the gap for the legs.

It is necessary to knit the legs with separated yarns, one for each leg.

Knit likewise the sleeves.

Sew the fleece for the sleeves and booties.

Steam block the work to give it form and a more profesional look.

Making the hat:

Cut the pattern of the hat on paper.

Cut the fabric and sew the two pieces together 

Fold and sew the edge of the base

Cut the ribbon and sew it on each side

Now fold and sew the frontal edge of the hat

Clean the interior edges with the scissor


Making the buttons:
